Full circle: take-privates that went public again

Companies a private equity firm took private, rebuilt out of sight of the stock market, often around AI or modern systems, and then brought back public or sold. Ranked by what they were worth coming out against what the buyer paid going in; every figure links to its source.

private public private again take-private, exit, later deal

How the multiple is worked out

The multiple is the company's value at the exit (shares outstanding after the offering times the IPO price, or the value of a sale or SPAC merger, as stated) divided by the take-private's stated value. Each profile shows the sources for both, and every other honest reading: with and without debt, with and without the money the IPO raised, and what happened after. Most pairs are not perfectly like for like (debt, new shares, acquisitions), and each profile says how. Only companies with a primary source for both legs are included: a press release, an SEC filing, the buyer's own announcement or credible press. Companies a firm bought while still venture-backed, or carved out of a corporation, are not full circles and are left out.
