Oven (created by Bun) is a new JavaScript runtime designed for speed with an integrated native bundler, test runner, and package manager that is compatible with npm, is meant to be a drop-in replacement for Node.js to run the majority of JavaScript outside of browsers, improving infrastructure speed and complexity while increasing developer productivity with better, simpler tooling.
