What a key gets you

10,000 requests a day per key. Without a key, /api/v1 allows 100 requests a day per client, then answers 429.

Use it

Send the key on any /api/v1 request:

X-API-Key: rf_live_… and ?api_key=rf_live_… work too; the header keeps the key out of logs. Keep keys out of public front-end code. A key that is unknown or revoked gets a 401. We store only a hash of each key, so a lost key can't be shown again: get a new one. Full reference in the API docs.

Sign in with the email you used to see each key's usage, create named keys and revoke them. Optional: you don't need to sign in to use a key.
